HOWELL: Per Howell Township: As cleanup from the storm continues, we have become aware that at least one tree service company has represented to the public that it is working with JCP&L/First Energy on storm cleanup, and has charged homeowners for work. Please be advised that only MG Gilbert, Daveys, Aspen, and Asplundh are working in this area for JCP&L/First Energy. They will not charge homeowners for storm cleanup work requested by JCP&L/First Energy.
