ELIZABETH: On Friday, members responded to the NJ Turnpike in Elizabeth at the Interchange 13 toll plaza to assist Elizabeth FD with a rolled over tractor trailer. The truck was not hauling any hazardous materials, and members plugged a diesel spill from the truck’s saddle tanks and conducted spill confinement operations.
