NYC: A parking garage exploded and collapsed at 57 Ann Street near Pace University. Fire, and police deployed a robotic dog as there’s people unaccounted for. There are numerous injuries on scene. HAZMAT is on location for gas and oil leaks. Numerous vehicles belonged to the Sheriffs Department. We will update as we get additional information.
