OLD BRIDGE: Police are investigating what they are estimating to be 500 pounds of pasta dumped in the woods along a creek in Veterans Park in a residential neighborhood in Old Bridge Township.

Old Bridge is the only town in Middlesex County that does not have a bulk pick up for trash. Could someone be attempting to make a statement here? The town council voted not to increase the garbage pick up rate to include bulk pick up which leaves many to dump illegally.
