FREEHOLD: Freehold schools are closed tomorrow due to a cyber attack. A letter sent to parents says the following.

The Freehold Township School District is currently experiencing technical issues related to a cybersecurity incident in our network environment. We have retained outside IT expert consultants who are working around the clock to assess, contain, remediate, and fully restore operations. While these efforts are ongoing, all schools and offices in the Freehold Township School District are closed on Monday, January 29, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience and will share additional information if necessary and when it becomes available.

This picture is the high school, it is NOT part of the Freehold Township System. They are opened.

The photo shows Freehold HS which is not a part of the district that this impacts. All Freehold Regional High School District schools are open.
